Description

Selective demolition of walls, doors and frames, finishes, etc. Construction of new metal stud partition walls, installation of new doors and frames, finishes, etc. Mechanical work shall include partial demolition of the existing mechanical system in the existing racquetball courts and installation of new mechanical ducting in new team rooms. Electrical work shall include partial demolition of existing lighting in the racquetball courts and installation of new power and lighting system in new team rooms. Demolition of lights and installation of new power and lighting in the locker rooms. Plumbing work shall include replacing an existing urinal with a new water closet in the Lacrosse Locker room.
