Furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to properly dismantle and/or remove the existing buildings on the two sites known as 6150 Gilman and 29825 Bock Street and as specified herein. This work shall include removal and proper disposal of such items as hazardous materials, superstructures, substructure, footings, concrete and bituminous pavement, fences, curb and gutter, sidewalks, manholes, catch basins, pipes, and trees. The demolition will also include the removal of all evergreen cedars along the north property line, the east/west fence to remain, the removal of all scrub trees, fruit bearing trees, dead trees and maintaining of any specimen trees. After the contract is awarded, the City shall meet regarding the fence lines and specimen trees. Vehicle in yard to be impounded by Police Department.
