The project is the renovatin of an existing lab space and includes selective demolition, casework, finishes, new rooftop exhaust, new electrical and plubming distribution to accommodate new laboratory layout. B. Contract: Construction work under unified fixed price contract. The contractor will create a construction schedule of the Critical Path Method (CPM) type to monitor the project. The contractor will be responsible for providing all information concerning the sequencing and durations of all activities as well as providing the initial CPM logic diagram. Once the initial logic diagram is accepted by Purdue University, the contractor will be responsible for maintaining and providing periodic updates. B. If the scope is on multiple levels of a building, each level will be broken out. The electrical, mechanical and general scope will be detailed separately. C. This schedule shall be the Contractor's working schedule and used to plan, organize and execute the work, record and report actual performance and progress and outlines how the Contractor plans to complete all remaining work.
