Description

To furnish all material, equipment, labor, and any incidentals needed to haul and dispose approximately 150 cubic yards/ 200 tons of sand, rags, and grit from Aeration Basin No. 3. Disposal will be in accordance with all applicable Florida Department of Environmental Protection rules and regulations. Contractor(s) will be responsible to pay hauling and disposal fees. Work will also include removal of all sand, rags, and debris from the entire airbay (including the pipe brackets, valves, aeration equipment, etc.) and pressure wash all diffusion stones and repair/replace as needed.
