Description

The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a term contract for the Emissions Compliance Sampling and Testing of four (4) multiple hearth incinerators as required by the SSI MACT (EPA 40 CFR Part 60 subpart MMMM and Virginia VAC4 Chapter 40, Part II, Article 5) at the Noman M. Cole Jr. Pollution Control Plant (NMCPCP) located at 9399 Richmond Highway, Lorton, VA 22079. The scope of services also includes additional services to comply with Title V Permit (i.e. Testing and reporting of Mercury in grams/24 hour period and Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) in ppm-C @ 7% Oxygen (O2) level) for each incinerator.
