Description

Livingston County is soliciting proposals from overhead door vendors to remove and replace two (2) existing overhead doors with high performance roll up doors at the Livingston County Emergency Medical Services (LCEMS) Public Safety Complex located at 1911 Tooley Road in Howell Michigan. Preference will be given to qualified vendors that are able to demonstrate that the majority (60% or more) of their project installations are either commercial or industrial in nature and have been completed within the past five (5) years. This solicitation may result in a multiple contract award. It is anticipated that this contract will commence in April 2023 and end in March, 2024. The County, at its discretion, may renew the contract for up to four (4) additional one-year periods for a total contract period not to exceed five (5) years.
