Small Infrastructure Project

1. Alliance Road Sidewalk (5 FT wide) Following existing grade, construct a 655 LF sidewalk connecting the cul-de-sac at Alliance Road to the existing ADA ramp on Glendale-Milford Road. The concrete walk will be 5” thick with an aggregate base. The cost of the aggregate base to be incidental to the concrete walk cost. In addition to the concrete walk, a 12” ADS culvert pipe will be installed with ADS flared end sections and embankment sloped from top of pipe to edge of walk. The concrete walk will maintain a 6’ offset from back of curb, as needed, where it parallels the alignment of Reed Hartman Highway. The contractor shall coordinate with the City for exact location and layout. 2. Oakhurst Court Curb and Gutter Extension Install 360 LF of type 2 curb and gutter, starting at existing curb located on the east side of Oakhurst Court and continue along the south side of Cooper Road heading east to the driveway at 3533 Cooper Road. Contractor will pin the new curb to the existing using ½” dowels at a minimum of 18” in length.
