| Description | Installation of work area fencing. Removal and disposal of concrete wall. Locate and protect the communications conduits, electrical conduits and gas line within the project area. Excavation of the South basement wall for watetproofing. Excavate per OSHA standards. Removal and replacement of the footer drain piping. Backfill of the excavated areas. Compact at levels no greater than 6" horizontal loose fill. 85% compaction minimum. Installation of new concrete per plans and area removed for excavation. Use subbase #304 lime stone (no recycled). 9. Installation of new asphalt in area where removed for excavation. Removal of work area fencing. Restoration of area. All joints shall be tool jointed, no saw cut joints will be allowed. |
