Description

The scope of work for this project consist of two separate but related scopes of work. The first is plumbing, electrical and ADA Improvements to an existing restroom facility serving the Cumberland County Fairgrounds. The second is improving and making ADA upgrades to the existing walkways serving the Fairgrounds and 4H area. These improvements include earthwork, milling, paving, concrete sidewalk, traffic markings and signage.
