Utility Services Buildings 27 and 48 Renovations

To renovate its existing maintenance building and solids handling building (Buildings 27 and 48) at its Wastewater Treatment Plant. The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals to complete the project. The work at Building 27 is a complete interior renovation along with replacement of roof, doors and windows, HVAC system, electrical system, and rock panel removal with re-stucco and new paint. The work at Building 48 includes the removal of existing stone wall panels, replacement of existing windows, louvers, and doors as well as installation of a new 3-ton multi-directional overhead crane. Both buildings include new fire prevention systems. Maintenance of operation and coordination with City staff is required. All work shall comply with Contract Documents and permit conditions, and include all ancillary components, testing and restoration work as necessary for a complete building renovation. The work is located at the Boca Raton Utility Services Complex at 1401 Glades Road, Boca Raton, Florida 33431.
