J--*Small Business Set-Aside* Generator Preventative Maintenance and Testing at Butler VA Medical Center

JCAHO requirements require yearly load bank testing of any emergency generators that do not meet 30% load requirements during monthly checks and require the completion of industry standard preventative maintenance. All work must be done during the month of February each calendar year. Base Year Scope: 2.1 Perform a Four (4) Hour Load bank tests on 5 separate Generators (#2 Gen, #7 Gen, #21 Gen, #99 and #30 Gen. Contractor shall provide all parts, equipment, travel time etc., and labor required. 4Hr test should be run as follows (50%-2 Hours, 75%-2 Hours). Standard readings should be every 15 minutes and test results provided. Testing must be completed by Dec.15, 2019. 2.2 Conduct preventative maintenance service on seven (7) separate generators #2, #3, #4, #7, #21, #30 and #99 generators. This service shall include the yearly inspection/service (listed requirements in Section 7). Contractor shall provide all parts, equipment, travel time etc., and labor required.
