| Description | Door hardware contractors to replace the door hardware throughout the facility with new door hardware, as listed in this solictation. There will be five exterior doors that will be replaced along with the new hardware as specified at Six Mile Elementary (777 North Main Street, Six Mile, SC 29682). 1. Remove existing door hardware and install with new as specified. Verify existing door hardware is to be disposed before discarding. 2. Completely remove and properly dispose of the selected exterior doors. Verify door hardware is to be disposed before discarding. Some locksets/panic devices may be kept. 3. Remove existing floor mounted pivots/closers and patch floor if not covered by new threshold. (front entrance) 4. Protect existing walls, floors, and ceilings from damage during removal/ installation of all openings. |
