Basement Sills and Windows Replacement for the Franklin County Courthouse

Franklin County Commissioners are requesting bids for window and sill replacement in the basement area of the Franklin County Courthouse located at 140 Main Street, Suite 3, Farmington, Maine. The bid is to update the current deteriorated wood sills and current windows. Windows to appear in original state . Replace/repair any rotted, deteriorated wood . Bidder to replace/make trim, molding and reattach with all stainless hardware . After repairs, all areas to be caulked, primed, and painted (white) . Remove and replace 10 windows . Bidder responsible for entry, sidewalks, and closures after each day worked and grounds to be picked up daily. . All grounds to be thoroughly cleaned of all construction debris. Include in the bid package a Certificate of Insurance of at least $400,000 liability and 3 professional references. All work to be completed by June 1, 2023 Franklin County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
