CONTRACT A - Lump Sum, General Construction (GC) The project consists of removing existing roofing from the low rear roof, installing a new EPDM membrane over the flat section and a metal roof on the gable section. A bid alternate for a new unit skylight to replace an existing metal exhaust unit. Schedule: Work to only begin when the Reservoir is drained, tentatively August 2023.
