| Description | The project consists of the removal of existing roof systems for the Academic Building C & D down to the existing structural metal deck. Removal of all existing parapet copings, roof drains, miscellaneous abandoned gas support. New modified roof system will be provided with new roof drains, tapered insulation. Existing equipment will remain. Curbs will be raised as required for the new roof system. The existing metal deck, where visible will be painted to hide new fasteners. | ||
