Millennium 6-12 Collegiate Academy - Smart Program Renovations

Work of this Contract comprises the general construction of and not limited to: Site 1. Roofing: Aluminum Covered Walkways require replacement. Following a review of the existing construction of the covered walkways, S+A observed that the assembly was in good condition and only required minor repair. 2. Fire Alarm Panel requires replacement. Refer to SGM Fire Alarm Scope Validation review for additional information. 3. Other: Provide Elementary School Music Room and an Elementary School Art Lab. The existing Music Room, Band Room, and Art Labs reviewed, and only minor renovations will be required. B. Building 1 1. Roofing: Roofing on Building 1 requires replacement. The TAS 105, the Withdrawal Resistance Test, and the TAS 126, the Moisture Test will be performed to determine if the roof design. 2. Mechanical: Test and Balancing. Refer to the SGM HVAC Scope Validation review for additional information. C. Building 2 1. Roofing: Roofing and deck require replacement. The TAS 105, the Withdrawal Resistance Test, and the TAS 126, the Moisture Test will be performed to determine a design and if the deck requires replacement. D. Building 4 1. Roofing: Roofing and deck require replacement. The T AS 105, the Withdrawal Resistance Test, and the TAS 126, the Moisture Test will be performed to determine a design and if the deck requires replacement.
