RFP Construction Manager - Eagles Way, Mica Lane, and Topaz Lane Wastewater Services and Street Repaving

The Work consists of necessary labor, materials, equipment and supervision to construct the installation of approximately 1,500 LF of 6" wastewater mains along Eagles Way, Mica Lane, and Topaz Lane and approximately 4,000 LF edge milling and overlay for Eagles Way, Mica Lane, Topaz Lane, Coyote Lane, and Moon Glow Drive. Deadline for Vendor Questions Submitted to the City of Leander August 24, 2022 at 5:00pm CST Questions and Answers to be posted on the City of Leander website on or before August 31, 2022 All questions regarding the solicitation shall be submitted via the city website online. by 5:00 PM on the due date noted above. A copy of all the questions submitted and the City's response to the questions shall be posted on our webpage online Contract Time is of the essence and all Work shall be substantially completed within two hundred forty (240) Calendar Days and finally completed within two hundred seventy (270) Calendar Days after the Notice to Proceed.
