**As of 07/09/2019, All bid exceeded the budget. The Owner has rejected all bids. The City of Madison is requesting sealed bids for construction of the Hoy Road Water & Sewer Relocations project. All bids shall be marked Hoy Road Water and Sewer Relocations on the outside of the envelope The project generally consists of the construction of a 12 inch water distribution main and appurtenances and an 8 inch sewer force main relocation. Interested parties will have to register for an account in order to view or order documents. A valid e-mail address is required for registration. Fees for bid documents are not refundable.
