RFQ - Acquisition and Relocation Services

This "Request for Qualifications" is an official notification of need for professional services for the City of Indianapolis, Department of Metropolitan Development (the "City") for acquisition and relocation services. A submittal of a qualification statement does not guarantee the firm will be contracted to perform any services but only serves notice to the City of Indianapolis that the firm desires to be considered. Dept of Metropolitan Develpment. It is expected the appraisal, acquisition, relocation, and project coordination activities will commence no later than November 15, 2022. The contract term shall be one year with the option of an extension pursuant to project needs. The City of Indianapolis through the Department of Metropolitan Development (herein referred to as "City") is seeking responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQual) regarding the contents herein. The City is soliciting qualified vendor(s) interested in providing real estate appraisal, acquisition, relocation, and project coordination services. Vendor(s) do not need to respond to all desired services outlined in this RFQual and can focus their responses on services for which they are qualified. The City will then retain the option to contract with one or more of the qualified vendors. Disadvantaged-based Business Participation, including commitment to demonstrate a good faith effort to meet current City of Indianapolis utilization goals with City-certified businesses of 15% Minority Business Enterprises, 8% Women Business Enterprise, 3% Veterans Business, and 1% Disabled Owned Business. Written Questions Due: July 29, 2022 at 12:00 Noon (EST) The term of this Agreement shall begin no later than December 31, 2024], unless the Agreement is terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The City reserves the right to reject any or all responses to the RFQual, to waive any informality or irregularity in any RFQual responses received, and to be the sole judge of the merits of the respective RFQual responses received. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
