Description

The Physical Sciences District pathways 2 project is approx. 40,000 sf of exterior space, west of the Chemistry building and East of the Silo and Hubert Heitman staff Learning Center. Phase 1 of the pathways 2 project will consist of the construction of temporary improvements prior to ultimate construction of the final project improvements. The phase 1 improvements will include asphalt paving to the project hardscape limits and necessary striping of the bike lanes. It will also include the final landscape planting and irrigation improvements on the North and South side of the temporary asphalt limits. Phase 2 plans will consist of the ultimate construction of the roundabout/directional medians, striping. walkways, lighting, etc.
