Renovation of Nat King Cole House Museum

The Project`s scope of work consists of mainly interior and exterior maintenance work on the existing historic Nat King Cole House. The house is a one-story wood structure with an attic and a crawl space with an approximately 1200 sq. ft. footprint. The maintenance work will involve the painting of the interior and exterior of the house along with all necessary prep work including the repair of deteriorated and damaged wood trim work, siding, railing, steps, latticework etc. The existing roof will receive a new asphalt shingle roof and the two exterior rear doors will have two new wood awnings installed over them. A new packaged HVAC system with all new ductwork will replace the current system. Interior work will also include additional receptacles, electrical runs, and manual fire alarm system. No plumbing or fire suppression system is required.
