Oil Tank Abatement

The work is to include: - Removal of one UST. - Repair of foundation wall repairs in the sub-basement related to the UST. - Removal of all unidentified equipment and debris. - The contractor is to provide all the management, supervision, manpower, equipment and supplies necessary for this project. There is no technical or contractual history for this project due to the nature of this procurement. This work cannot be performed in-house nor can this work be accomplished through modification of an existing contract. The anticipated award date is approximately 04/21/2021.

Division 03 -	Concrete, Concrete Reinforcing, Cast-in-Place Concrete.
Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Metal Framing, Metal Decking.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facility Fuel Piping, Facility Fuel-Storage Tanks.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
