Description

The Work is for the installation of ADA compliant fixtures and wheelchair accessible toilet compartments in the public restrooms at Hubbard Manor East and Hubbard Manor West. Contractor will be responsible for removal and disposal of the existing partition walls, grab bars, and fixtures and installation of new ADA compliant fixtures and HDPE solid plastic partition walls, doors, and urinal privacy screens, eliminate (1) toilet in each restroom to provide (1) wheelchair accessible toilet compartment in each of the public restrooms (2) at Hubbard East and (4) at Hubbard West. All required modifications to electrical, plumbing, and structure to install fixtures are to be included in the bid including completion of any drywall replacement/repairs to all ceiling/wall surfaces and finish paint.
