Description

Project is awarded to: I&A Renovation, Inc. $2,242,000.00 Lupini Construction, Inc. $2,408,221.00 The work of this single bid project includes removal, salvage, and reinstallation of the terra-cotta rainscreen cladding system and window/storefront/skylight systems at various areas of the Wooster Hall's façade to facilitate required repairs to the building envelope. Additionally, the brick walls below the Resnick bridge structure be repaired, cleaned and mortar joints raked out and repointed at all elevations.
