TDOT PIN: 107914.00 Federal Project No.: STP-M-106(36) State Project No.: 94LPLM-F3-075 Hillsboro Road intersection improvements for SR-106 (Hillsboro Road) intersection at SR-46 (Old Hillsboro Road) consists of the re-alignment of SR-46 so that SR-46 intersects SR-106 at an angle of approximately 90 degrees. A Prime Contractor must prequalify with the Department of Transportation in accordance with Section 54-5-117 of the "Tennessee Code Annotated" and Tennessee Department of Transportation Rule 1680-5-3 prequalification of contractors before biddable proposals will be furnished. WILLIAMSON COUNTY hereby notifies all bidders that a 9.0% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal has been set for this project and must be met or exceeded.
