Supply commerical building facade signs located for: the commercial rehabilitation program throughout the town of hempstead A fee of $100.00 (check only) payable to the town of hempstead will be required of all bidders for a copy of the proposed contract documents. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the town of hempstead for not less than 5% of the estimated amount of the bid if the bid exceeds $49,999.99. All contractors will be required to have owner and contractor protector insurance (ocp). The town of hempstead reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Federal equal opportunity and labor standards are applicable for all work performed under the contract. Minority, women, and veteran contractors are encouraged to submit proposals for the work proposed under this contract.
