Description

City of Lynn Invitation for Bids Maintenance of Street Light System and Exterior Lighting The City of Lynn invites sealed bids from qualified licensed contractors to maintain the City of Lynn street light system in an operable and safe condition. This includes repair service and emergencies as needed. Services include lighting at city parking lots, parks and sport fields. The City of Lynn street light system includes approximately 7118 units. Approximate annual spending is $175,000. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30, 39M and to the minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L.c.149 26 - 27H. Bid must be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the total bid price in the form of certified check, cashier's check or bid bond payable to the City of Lynn.
