A/E Services For Replace Roofing Systems And Improvements To Two Buildings

The Hamel Salt Storage/Domar (D0879), 5,500 SF, one-story building. The scope of work provides for replacing the asphalt shingles and repairing or replacing roof sheathing and structural roof members as needed. The work may include, but is not limited to, architectural, structural and electrical services. The Columbia/Dupo Equipment Storage Building (D0843), 4,032 SF, one-story building. The Columbia/Dupo Storage/Pole Type Building (D8101), 4,032 SF, one-story building. The scope of work provides for connecting the two existing buildings, adding insulation and installing a heating system to both buildings. The work may include, but is not limited to, architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical services. In the event that hazardous materials are encountered, they will be addressed outside of this contract. The A/E will need to determine if any components of this project are eligible for a utility company or other energy grant/rebate and will be responsible for preparing and submitting the grant application if the project qualifies for the rebate.
