| Description | HVAC Maintenance Services Procure costs for three (3) years maintenance on four (4) Liebert and two (2) Canatal Air Conditioning units, as well as associated equipment for systems located at the Emerson Building (2001 Capitol Avenue, Cheyenne, WY) and the State Library (2800 Central Avenue, Cheyenne, WY). See Attachment A, Bid Description for details. See Attachment B, Equipment List and Service Specifications for details about equipment and service specifications Questions: Shall be submitted through Public Purchase by 2:00 pm on October 26, 2022. Questions submitted after the deadline may not be considered. Period of Contract. The contract shall be for a period of three (3) years. The contract shall contain an option for two (2), one (1) year renewals thereafter, upon mutual agreement. |
