The addition of three (3) separate chlorine closets within the existing chemical room. Chlorine closets will open only to the building exterior. . Each proposal must have with it a bid guarantee in the amount of five [5] percent of the bid, submitted in the form as required by section 1200 of the General Requirements and Covenants in the Bidding Documents, as a guarantee the bidder will enter into a contract with the city of Minnetonka in accordance with the terms of the bid, in case the bidder is awarded the contract.
