Provide general landscaping and snow removal services including lawn mowing, weeding, fallen branch removal, and seeding. Snow removal services include plowing for accumulation greater than 3" and deicing roadways. Terms and conditions of FAC120 apply . Service Date Range: July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2025 with the option to renew in the spring to the end of the master agreement Provide general landscaping and snow removal services to include lawn mowing, weeding, fallen branch removal, and seeding. Snow removal services include plowing for accumulation greater than 3" and deicing roadways. Additional work not included in this scope must have DMH approval before work commences. Prevailing wage rates apply for only the landscaping portion of this contract and are a part of this procurement package.
