| Description | FY20 Contract needed for pest control services, requested on a monthly basis, as well as other services that will be requested on an as needed basis for the Richmond State Supported Living Center located at 2100 Preston in Richmond, TX. The vendor will provide all the goods and services needed to complete the job, and will be required to complete requests within 4 hours of notification with no additional charge to the State. Services provided will include control of the following: 1. Cockroaches 2. Common ants, Carpenter ants 3. Silverfish 4. Crickets 5. Bees, Yellow Jackets, Wasps, Hornets 6. Spiders 7. Gnats 8. Flies 9. Millipedes and Centipedes 10. Earwigs 11. Pill bugs 12. Mice and Rats 13. Seasonal exterior mosquito misting 14. Bedbug investigation and eradication 15. Collection and disposal of all pests. |
