Bituminous surfacing, grading, traffic control, surfacing, structure and miscellaneous work on approximately 8.10 miles on NBL and SBL of I-25 beginning at RM 219.00 between Casper and Kaycee. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure that the bid envelope is received by Contracts and Estimates personnel, which can be verified by calling 307-777-4487. It is mandatory that all bids be prepared electronically using WYDOT Electronic Bid System (EBS) and a hard copy of the bid be Submitted. An electronic bid bond is preferred, in the amount of 10 percent of the total bid. In lieu of the electronic bid bond, a cashier's check payable to the Transportation Commission of Wyoming in the amount of 10 percent of the bid is acceptable.
