| Description | The Work generally includes, but is not limited to the raising and lowering of manholes and valves. The Work to be constructed is located in the City of West Jordan at various locations as shown on the project drawings. Additional work may be requested from the awarded Vendor at a later date throughout the working season. If additional work is requested, the Vendor shall be required to maintain the same pricing structure as provided in the bid schedule. Where commodity market conditions apply, the City reserves the right to negotiate pricing with the awarded Vendor. If successful negotiations are achieved, the City will process a contract addendum to include the additional work requested. |
