Sewer Infrastructure Repair

Scope of work includes complete replacement of an existing manhole with precast sections and replacement of twenty (20) feet of sewer main before and after the manhole. Materials will be provided. Bidders will be expected to provide proof of liability insurance and their own shoring and safety equipment. 573-249-3652 ,cityoffarber214@outlook.com -Furnish all required machinery, labor, matting and shoring to safely complete project. - Excavate for sewer line and manhole replacement. The sewer line to be replaced extends from the existing manhole 20' to the east and 20' to the south. -Remove and replace sewer line and manhole. There is to be another lateral to the north of the existing manhole that is to be tied into the new manhole or the new sewer line. -Backfill sewer line and manhole. The backfill will be left as a rough backfill to allow for the settling of dirt. The city of Farber will be responsible for all finish grading and seeding at a later date. -The work area is to be accessed through the adjacent property and the easement to the north of the work area. Any required cleanup or repairs due to our machinery coming in or out will be the responsibility of the company completing the project
