Empty all waste receptacles, replace trash bags, and remove waste to the designated dumpster. Remove any trash bags left by the exit door to the designated dumpster. Vacuum all floor mats and carpets. Vacuum or sweep all tile flooring and mop. Spot clean all walls, doorframes, and switch plates (up to 6’). Clean and sanitize bathroom fixtures (two bathrooms). Clean and sanitize kitchen fixtures and counters. Clean glass on all entrance doors (interior and exterior). Twice a Month: Dust moldings, ledges, baseboards, partitions, shelves, and doorframes (up to 6’) and remove any cobwebs. Old Town Hall (main room only) Once a Year: Clean interior windows. Vacuum or sweep floor and mop. Dust and clean moldings, ledges, baseboards, partitions, shelves, and doorframes (up to 6’) and remove any cobwebs. Police Department Twice a Month: Vacuum all floor mats and carpets. Vacuum or sweep all tile flooring and mop. Spot clean all walls, doorframes, and switch plates (up to 6’). Fall: Dust and clean all baseboards, windowsills and doorframes and remove any cobwebs. Dust and clean all interior light fixtures and ceiling vents. Fire Department (meeting room only) Quarterly: Steam clean carpet. Clean and sanitize kitchen fixtures, counters, and floor. Clean and sanitize bathroom fixtures and floors (two bathrooms).
