A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Description: Sealed Proposals for the construction of the City of Lebanon, Utilities Department, 2023 Pump Station Rehabilitation Project, City Project No. CL21010 will be received at the office of the City of Lebanon Utilities Department, 200 Carver Lane, Lebanon, Tennessee 37087. Attention: Regina Santana. The project will include the following described construction for work at two pump stations: Rehabilitation and epoxy coating of the Leeville Pike Pump Station wet well; including bypass pumping, piping modifications, and all other appurtenances and other work as shown on the Construction Drawings or indicated in the Contract Specifications Furnishing and installation of a suction lift pump station at Stewarts Ferry Pike including pumps, fiberglass shelter, stainless steel base, suction and discharge piping, together with all required bypass pumping, instrumentation, equipment, plumbing, heating, ventilation, electrical, site work, and all other appurtenances and other work as shown on the Construction Drawings or indicated in the Contract Specifications The City of Lebanon, Tennessee reserves the right to reject any Proposal for failure to comply with all requirements of the notice or of any of the Contract Documents; however, it may waive any minor defects or informalities at its discretion. The City of Lebanon, Tennessee further reserves the right to reject all Proposals. fully complete all work within 270 consecutive calendar days |
