Construction Management services for the HVAC Upgrade Projects at (3) three district elementary schools. Scope will include replacing boilers, upgrading, and providing new HVAC system installations, lighting, new ceilings, and other architectural modifications to support the MEP scope all in order to improve indoor air quality and overall learning environments.
