Description | As of September 12, 2022 a final selection was made for the arch/eng firm. The Town of Woodstock is accepting responses through this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified entities to submit proposals for the design and engineering for a bicycle and pedestrian improvements as part of our Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan with the objective of bringing this innovative plan to fruition. Interested parties should review the RFP requirements thoroughly. One (1) informational session will be conducted. This session is for Town staff to answer general questions and will be held at the Town Office, 135 North Main Street, Woodstock, Virginia, 22664 June 15, 2021 from 10:00 to 10:30 am (EST). Respondents are urged, but not required, to attend this meeting during which time Town staff will discuss the RFP requirements, application selection process as well as answer questions from potential respondents. All procurement related questions or information should be directed to Aaron Grisdale at 540-459-3621 or email aaron.grisdale@townofwoodstockva.gov. Proposals are to be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the offeror's name, address, the proposal name, and the date and time due. The Town of Woodstock reserves the right to cancel the Request for Proposal and to reject any and all proposals when such rejection is in the best interest of the Town. The Town of Woodstock does not discriminate against a bidder or offeror because of race, religion, color, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other basis prohibited by state law relating to discrimination in employment. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. |
