| Description | A certified check or cashier's check made payable to the order of the Town of Guttenberg, or a duly executed bid bond in the amount of 10% of each bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 must be deposited by the bidder. Bidders must comply with the following New Jersey State Statutes: P.L. 1975, Chapter 127 (Affirmative Action Program) N.J.A.C 17:27 P.L. 1975 Chapter 127 (Mandatory Equal Employment) N.J.S.A 10.5-31 et seq N.J.A.C. 17:37 P.L. 1975, Chapter 33 (Statement of Ownership) N.J.S.A. 40A: 11-18 (American Goods & Products used where possible). The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the proposal received and to accept the bid which is in the best interest of the Town. |
