NOAB(New Orleans Aviation Board) - Emergency Bid - West Terminal

As of March 1, 2023, the project is pending award and a bid tabulation has not been obtained. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. Q and a open: April 8, 2022 6:30:00 PM Q and a close: April 19, 2022 2:30:00 AM The Contractor will be responsible for the gathering, loading, hauling, and disposing of the existing Metal Panels, FRP, and Modified Bituminous Membrane Roofing, flashing, coping, trim, and gutters at the locations described below. Standard safety procedures shall be implemented, and qualified personnel shall be contracted, to successfully complete all tasks. Contractor shall keep the building(s) dried-in from the time of Notice To Proceed through completion and acceptance by NOAB. Scope also includes procurement and disposal of all materials and/or equipment necessary for the repairs/replacement. All materials shall be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or equivalent equal. Contractor shall take all precautions to prevent any construction materials and debris from entering the secured air side of building. All work shall be completed within 120 calendar days of issuance of Notice To Proceed (NTP).
