Lura Hoit Pool Parking Lot USF

The work generally consists of the following: Subgrade preparation, cut/fill, completion and construction of a DEP-approved underdrain soil filter per the Plans and Specs which are available at the Town Office. The intent is for the site work contractor to coordinate with the Owner to complete a roughly shaped USF. Questions on the bid manual and plans will be forwarded to Plymouth Engineering, Inc. via email, scott@plymouthengineering.com. The Contract shall be in accordance with the provisions of all pertinent general public laws of the State of Maine in effect at the time of the execution of the Contract. Bid, Performance, and Payment Bonds will not be required for this project. The Owner reserves the right to waive all informalities and reject any and all proposals or to accept any proposal as may be deemed to be in the Owner's best interest.
