Transportation Investment for Revitalization

No definite date for the rebid.** Bicycle and Pedestrian Pathways, and Streetscape Improvements After Bids are opened, the Owner shall evaluate them in accordance with the methods and criteria set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Unless all Bids are rejected, Award will be made to the lowest responsible Bidder in accordance with the 2018 Standard Specifications. The project consists of approximately 4,700 linear feet of bicycle and pedestrian pathways, and streetscape improvements to portions of Highway 711 (3 rd Street Downtown), Main Street and Union Chapel Roads, including replacement of aging utilities, installation of new lighting, landscaping improvements, curb and gutter, sidewalks, paving, drainage, wayfinding/signage, etc.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
