Description The scope of the contract is to provide all labor, equipment, transportation and materials to clean and sanitize 18 restroom facilities (single and double-vault buildings) with a total of 28 toilet stalls/vaults at six (6) recreation sites for a total of 118 service visits over a 12-month period (June through May of the following year) at the frequency described in Table 2. Frequency of Service. (See Part C.I.). BLM acknowledges that physical and biological (e.g., bacteria, viruses) may be present at these sites; the Contractor must ensure the safety of their employees and provide adequate personal protective equipment that meets industry standards. The Contractor will submit an annual work schedule (i.e., a calendar that shows the days each of the recreation sites will be visited each month) and a brief work plan that demonstrates how the Contractor will provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, supplies, and transportation necessary to provide basic restroom cleaning services, including: cleaning and sanitizing stall/vault toilets and restroom buildings (inside and outside), stocking toilet paper, and removing trash from inside and outside restroom buildings. The Contractor will provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all chemicals used.
