Description

Architectural/Engineering firms for Delaware Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) – New Laboratory Building. Current DNREC Lab facilities are housed in the Richardson and Robbins Building in Dover, DE. However, this operation will be relocated to the newly proposed Laboratory Building which is proposed to be constructed on the grounds of the Delaware Home for the Chronically Ill (DHCI) on Sunnyside Road in Smyrna, DE, near the Public Health Lab, which is currently being expanded. There will be no connection between these two lab facilities. The proposed DNREC Laboratory Building is budgeted at $27,200,000 in total costs for approximately 25,000 – 30,000 sf.
