| Description | Architectural and Engineering design services for Ricks Hall, built in 1921 will be renovated to improve inefficiently configured office space on the second floor and a portion of the ground floor to accommodate a higher number of faculty and staff. This renovation will demolish most of the existing 2nd floor spaces to provide new areas for the Department of Agricultural and Human Sciences. The project will address deficient building systems including a new HVAC unit (to be located on the ground floor) and bring the space into compliance with the NC Building. |
