This work shall consist of the resurfacing and widening of a 22 wide asphalt surface, consisting of a Hot Mix Asphalt Surface Course, Mix C N70 having a 1-3/4 nominal thickness, one lift of Hot-Mix Asphalt Leveling Binder having 3/4 nominal thickness, Hot-Mix Asphalt shoulders, aggregate shoulders, earthwork, drainage improvements, and other miscellaneous items.
