Bids received after said time will be returned to the bidder unopened. These bids will be for the furnishing of all labor and materials, and performing all the Work in accordance with the drawings and specifications for: 2023 Asphalt Maintenance Phase I ST2305 The project will include but is not limited to the following major categories of work: TIME LIMIT: Completion by December 31, 2023 Copies of the City of Manhattan Design Criteria and Standard Specifications and other Contract Documents are on file and available for public inspection at the Public Works Department, Engineering Division, 1101 Poyntz Avenue, Manhattan, Kansas, 66502.
