Grounds Maintenance - TNR Parks and Greenway Properties

Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and tools necessary to provide Grounds Maintenance and Litter Pick-up Services. Contractor shall pick up litter in areas to be mowed prior to mowing. Contractor shall perform edging/trimming services at the same time that mowing is performed. The amount and extent of edging and trimming will be determined by Travis County. Contractor shall perform litter pickup and restroom cleaning services at the areas identified. Contractor shall pick up litter in all park areas, to include but not limited to; parking lots, walkways, driveways, picnic areas, boat ramp areas (if applicable), and grass areas to ensure that park grounds are free of debris. Restroom cleaning shall include a thorough sweeping and wipe down of the facility.
