Poughkeepsie Storage

Construction of a 55-foot tall, four-story, 22,075 square-foot (SF) climate-controlled storage facility with 750 storage units, on a 2.03-acre parcel located at 1998 South Road (US Route 9) on Tax Parcel 134689- 6159-03-382273. The proposed storage facility results in a total gross floor area of 88,300 SF. The Applicant is also proposing 9 parking spaces as part of the project. The project site is currently developed with the former OSHO restaurant, an approximately 6,400 SF, two-story building, which will be demolished as part of the proposed action.
